Order Tracking
We provide tracing on all orders placed. this is sent via email as soon as your order has been shipped. We aim to get products out to you as soon as we can so you can get these new parts fitted as soon as possible. Dependent on delivery location we use a 48hr postal service meaning it should arrive within 48hrs of dispatch.

Returns and Refunds
At B H Automotive we are proud of our premium products and want you to be as well. To ensure this we offer a 30 day return policy. This means if your not happy with your product or there is a defect with it, you have 30 days after receiving your product to contact us and request a return. To be eligible for this, the product has to be in the same condition you received it unused and not fitted. you will need both proof of purchase and may be asked to provide photos to show the evidence. depending on the circumstances we will either replace the product for a like for like item or give a refund in full.

Once we have looked at your return request we will check it meets our returns policy requirements. If it does, we will resolve it as soon as possible whether that be by means of refund upon return or we will replace the faulty item or part accordingly. Upon return we will offer a refund within 10 working days and dependent on circumstances we may charge a 15% restocking fee. All return postage fees are not refundable.
Damages and issues with your product
please check for any damages upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 24hrs of delivery) if the product you have received is damaged, defective, missing parts or you have received the incorrect item so we can resolve your issue and make it right.
